Somebody needs to fix the gate ASAP . (dog park)

I notice lately that the front gate lock is broken? It doesnt lock properly anymore and it can be easily open. You dont even have open the lock, you can push the gate and its open? I dont think its very safe and the dogs can get out very easy. Someone should fix this asap?
Theres a few people complaining about it and who do we tell it to? who owns the dog park .....
