It is in the new housing area behind Fowler that's past 34th right now... I almost ran it down on Vic! It also held up traffic for a good 10-15 minutes... I'm scared it's going to wander back on the road! Please go looking for it in the new housing area. I saw a fellow in a truck trying to chase it down by foot in the field beside fowler. I tried to catch it since it's wearing a collar thought I could locate a number. Got about a meter and away and it started to bark at me like mad then ran away... chased it for a bit but it's no use.
