Dog not eating

I have a 5 month old boxer. She has always had a healthy appetite.. eating everything in site. Lately she hasn't been eating. I'll feed her lunch and she won't even look at it.
She doesnt seem to be feeling sick, still runs and plays and everything the same, just doesnt want to eat.
Eventually she will eat, little bits at a time throughou the day.
Any ideas?
