Can't believe I never thought of it - my cat recently had a bout with crystals and was peeing on our upstairs floors. And of course I use vinegar to clean that up...duhhh.
I cannot physically CLEAN each and every rock and pebble, so something I can spray and soak the area with - then let it dry out might be the only way to go. Vinegar is cheap too...
Could also use bleach, but we'd have to make sure we ventilated really well while it dries.
