Hi. I have an older, small dog that needs dental work. I'm worried about it, because I lost a cat a few months ago - took her in for dental work and she didn't pull through. Can anyone recommend a really good vet? Please and thank you!

All 3 of our dogs have had dental work done there with no problems. Dr. Barclay or Dr. Radcliffe. A wonderful clinic.

My bunny to dr sempers at grand valley for dental surgery shes very good and knowledgable about multipul species. We also take our cats to her.

I recommend Wheat City Vet Clinic. I really liked the way The Wheat City Vet clinic treated my cat when she had cancer. Dr Sherry Wurtz did her best to make the cat feel comfortable even if we both knew that there is no chance my cat will long Dr Sherry made sure my cat will not be too much in pain till the end so I could get more time with my lovely cat.

Grand Valley Animal Clinic

I love the Grand Valley Animal Clinic. Dr. Joe Gray is an awesome vet and as i have 6 dogs and a cat I need the services of a vet often I think I should know!. He and Dr. Vicky Sempers, another very good vet who works there, have treated my pets for about 10 years for annual exams, vaccinations, lots of dental work (most of my dogs are small and need lots), ear infections, bladder infections and very serious gall bladder issues. They have also treated one for cancer and another for diabetes/liver cancer and saw them through to the end giving me lots of support and compassion. They get a five star rating from me!!

I could start my own whole new discussion on how much the staff and vets at Grand Valley have helped my furbabies over the years!!
I have 3 senior dogs and 1 cat, all have had their teeth done here over the years, and they only did what was necessary , which is what you want when getting dental work on a pet. Blood work is done before the animal is put under to make sure they are ready for the procedure. Dr Gray is their primary vet, but I have also had great experiences with Dr. Sempers and Dr Beckwith as well.

We have always taken our dogs here... they are kind, knowledgeable and have fair prices. Hope your little guy is ok.
