need advice on adult schooling...

i am 20 and have only finished grade 9, i am not a super intelligent person but i am not stupid. i am hoping everyone will have constructive advice instead of insults. there are real reasons i dropped out of school when i was younger and have not had the time to go back and focus on school.
My daughter just turned a year old last week and i realized i am ready to get back to the work force ( great right?) well i am finding it very hard to find a decent full time job that will hire me. i have on the job managment experience of a fast food restaurant but still no one calls back.
i have looked into going back to high school but now i am too old to go there.
i guess my question is... how can a finish high school AND get my bussiness management training so i can get a career?
any advice would be wonderful.
