Orange/White/Black kitten found on victoria ave :(

I found this adorable very affectionate, hyper kitten outside today around 10:30 in the morning outside the dentist there.. ummm i find it sicking how i found her, dirty, a big scar or something like something tried to rip her throat out under her chin, hair missing on her head and a little bit of a limp, and may i say STARVING!! i:m wondering since it:s been abused i don't want it going back to the owners.. is anyone interested i can:t personally cause i got three older cats and their acting really prissy and angry. please anyone is interested 717-0456, it:s free i just want it to have a good home without anymore cruelty
