iMarketing Solutions Group

I saw an ad on eBrandon, and it has all sorts of spelling/grammatical errors in it. They have a Brandon address on Rosser, but an address doesn't always mean it is a legitimate business. Has it been in Brandon a long time? Anyone know more?

Supposedly they raise funds for big name charities.

I think it also sounds like a too good to be true thing.

been around forever...in one form or another...they were GWE when I worked there 22 years ago..they were in Scotia towers back then. Definitely legit, always hiring...pretty good pay.

It's essentially a telemarketing job. They've gone through a number of name changes over the years. You cold call people with a sales pitch asking them to donate.

I did one shift there back in 2008. I knew people who loved it, I was one who hated it.

Lots of people hang up on you, yell and swear. You also have to keep trying to convince people to donate which also makes people angry. Hard trying to convince old people who can't afford to donate. Pay I ood hoh. So it takes the right kind of person.

Looking at the location, the ad etc, its the old Xental. Its changed names a few times. They said they hired me 13 years ago and when I showed up to work, they said they didn't hire me and made me fill out another application forum. They didn't hire me after I reapplied. That's the shorten version how I moved to Brandon.
