If a ticket was purchased yesterday for a specific seat and show, and wasn't used, can it be used today? Secondly, is there anyway to speak to an actual human? I called and listened to the whole movie lineup, then there was no option to even leave a message.

Almost like making an appointment with a doctor or buying a ticket to a concert. You picked it and you missed it and unfortunately for you, you paid for it

I’ve been able to get any questions I’ve had answered my messaging them on their Facebook page. Usually only took an hour or two for them to get back to me

Bring the unused ticket to the theater. See if they will reimburse you

You could’ve got a refund if it was threw the atom app I’ve done that before!
