    I have been looking for a new house and have come across ads on ebrandon for companies that buy houses (we buy Brandon and Holstein properties) Has anyone ever used these companies? Is there a catch? Can’t find much information online so I would to hear opinions of people who have used them or know about them.

    It’s rental company’s looking for cheap homes to buy and turn them to either flip homes or rental property’s

    No easy way to sell a house if you want market value ! Try selling privately if you want but if you really want to sell then get it listed with an agent asap
