    Ha anyone noticed that on the highway to Erickson, beside the bridge over the little sask river there is like silver metal chair thing stretched on a cable between two poles.  
    I’ve always seen it but never known what it is.  
    Anyone know what it is?

    I always presumed it was for bridge inspections.

    It is used by Water stewardship to measure water flows in the river.
