What salon and person do I go to to get bright bleach blond hair? Not grey, green, orange color. And where the ROOTS are actually blond? Would appreciate some real help with this.

I think it takes at least two sessions, if you have darker hair colour to lift the colour and tone the orange out. I’m pretty sure a lot of hair dressers have experience doing that, if you allow them two sessions so they don’t completely kill your hair or burn it off. If your hair is dyed it might take three sessions to tone out the first colour.  
 
I’m not sure about getting the roots the same colour as the ends because being so close to the scalp they might not want to risk burning your scalp if the bleach has to sit in your hair long to get the colour you want.

If you’ve used permanent box dye in your hair it can take a few sessions. If you have dark hair it will take a few as the previous person said .. it will fry your hair and good hair stylists will not put their reputation on the line and just do whatever. Maintenance is also a big thing for the discolouration after it’s all done too(purple shampoo) .Alex park at hair takers is really great with blondes and extremely knowledgeable. I’d suggest setting up an appointment to discuss what you want, and in turn learning the reason and process.
