If a time change is considered worth doing, why not implement it like dairy farmers do, at 5 minutes per day? Cell phones and other important systems update the time automatically, and that degree of change would have no impact on the human body. And even if a person forgot one day, the change would not throw anyone's schedule out of whack. "
I've thought of this in past years also, although I would propose 4 leaps forward over 4 weeks in the spring. Granted, your way would get it done in 12 days though.
The November time change is fine as is, as gaining the hour all at once is actually nice.
