I mentioned the aggravation this is causing but I am now being subjected to real possibility of contracting covid because I will have to have a stranger in my house for an extended period of time, on more than one occasion. we both wear a mask, I a KN95 he had a pullup type, I am double vaxxed and boosted but as we all know that is no guarantee, I am not a young'un so I am at risk. I have to wipe down everything when the visit is done and hope for the best.
I can still use the stove ( so far) my 2 week old inferior piece of electrical waste of time and money!

Sorry to hear that. As the stove is so new and required parts are difficult to source are they not able to simply replace it with a complete new unit. I know that some appliance stores (without dropping names) warranty the first 30 days of ownership with a replacement unit and after that you have to deal with the manufacturer. That was the deal on my washing machine. I bet if you pressured them a little harder they would replace your stove.
