Does anyone in Brandon that are using Westman's "INFINITV" getting ANY tv channels at all? Mine has been down since 2:00am today (Sunday)???

it is working properly.  
 
You can try to:  
-Ensure you are on the correct input on your tv  
-Reboot the android box (Likely Amino or Evo)  
-Call the helpdesk at 204-717-2802 or 1-800-665-3337

No problems here in the west end, other than the inability to get Netflix on it lol

While not the same as Netflix, it seems a lot of the supported boxes (not just InfiniTV) don't support those anymore, you can download and use the Stingray app to cast the channels to the TV. You get access to WAY more than what you had before with the Prism box, for example. And if you authorize with your Westman email and password, you get them ad-free!! The only problem is having to repeat the process every seven days.

You're welcome!! That works with MTS and one other provider. I won't know exactly until it's time to reauthorize.  
 
Ad if you already have a cable box that still has Stingray, you can authorize by tuning into one of the channels and then allowing the app to hear the TV sound.

Only issue we have is sound keeps cutting out. Usually the punchline. Very frustrating, Especially when we have no problems when streaming Netflix.

How far is the affected box away from the router? That shouldn't be happening, but the closer you are to the master box, the less troubles you will have. They eventually installed a signal repeater (like an extra router) and it fixed the problem and improved the other wifi signals as well. If you can get a wired connection to the box, you will be fine. Call them and ask about your options. It sure helped here!!
