I gave my sister a $50 gift card for Cleo's for Christmas. They wouldn't accept it. Liquidation people are in the store. That is disgusting. Probably nothing can be done.

I believe there was something in store stating that the gift cards would be accepted until Jan. 17th. Sorry you can't use it...did you try online??? I know sucks not being able to try stuff on but you might be able to use it there...your sister won't be out the money. Good luck

I was in the store this morning, and the person working there said gift cards can’t be used at all, in store or online. The company has ceased to operate and has gone to liquidation, and so the liquidator is not responsible for the gift cards. It’s not good for anyone that has an unused card, and lots got them for Christmas gifts.

This is why I do not like gift cards. I usually just use cash and put a note in there. This is a gift card for anywhere you wanna shop and what you feel you need they accept it pretty well at every store.

Rickis gift cards and loyalty points also can not be redeemed. I have over $160 in points and $100 in gift cards that are now useless to me.
