That's why Adam has a caution not to pay anything up front. I guess it could be a roommate situation but it doesn't say and I think the ad said it's just a one bedroom.  
When I had my house listed with a realtor about 3 years ago someone stole a few of the pictures off the listing and posted it here as a house for rent so you never know what people are going to get up to.

Or send email to person advertising the apartment/condo to see what they say.  
 
I googled it picture of house two sets of garbage containers along side of the house one clearly marked “B” looks like house with basement suite? So might be main level up for rent.  
 
Everyone seems to call apartments “Condos “ these days.  
 
Of course as previous post says always beware follow Adam’s advice.

When I google 155 20th St., I get a google map pointing to 145 20th St. The building next to it on the corner is listed as 1941 Princess Ave.

I bet they meant to say 1550B 20th St

Can't be that either, though there is a 1158 20th Street, which just happens to be a 4-plex.  
 
OP, I would recommend reaching out to the person who posted the ad, they may have typed the address wrong. My guess is that the ad for rent is for a unit at 1158 20th Street.
