Does anyone smoke meat in Brandon for example, brisket, pork shoulder, that kind of thing?

Or are you wanting to garner information from others to upgrade your own skills? If the former is true, call Marc at Prairie Rose Meats/The Tendercut. He does one hell of a tasty brisket, amongst other meats. If the latter, Marc could probably answer some questions, but I don't know anything about smoking meat personally. Good luck!
