Pet selling scam?

There are currently 4 pet for sale ads running in ebrandon, 2 for puppies and 2 for rag doll kittens. I could be wrong and maybe they are legitimate but when I searched the phone number this is what came up.
"330-910-0534 is a Cell Number phone number operated by Usa Mobility Wireless and is located in the city of Niles in OH."
