The new Critical Care Unit fund raiser (support something wonderful and a chance to win money). The draw is Jan 9, 2026 @ 2 p.m. but people don't seem to know about it. The pot is just under $8,000.00 (I think it should be alot more than that), but people don't seem to be seeing their ad. You can also buy in-person at the foundation office (turn left at the entrance doors of hospital and go down the hallway to first door on right). Spread the word to your facebook friends, email friends, and friends/relatives. I hope this link works, otherwise go to their website through your search engine. Thanks for listening

I agree just purchased a ticket on the weekend….. that was I first time I heard about it.

where did you buy your tickets

I purchased it online. Not advertised. Disappointed to say the least. I always support our hospital.

I wouldn' t mind supporting the BHRC but am leary.  
 
I bought a ticket for one of the big hospital draws in Winnipeg and the phone calls afterwards soliciting was extremely annoying.  
 
I supported a friend's fundraiser for STARS which I think is a very important program and hope I never have to use it. That was 4 years ago and still getting junk mail after the fact. Our friends said they have had many complaints about the same thing.  
I have blocked the emails and phone numbers but the junk mail comes monthly and just gets thrown out. I have tried to get them to stop but it hasn't happened.

a person's phone is stolen or they lose internet during 'contact week'? Maybe a letter too before you keep everything which to me, doesn't sound fair. Maybe draw again or anything but these harsh rules I just read without buying...................Winners will be contacted via email or phone call within 7 days, with follow-up emails and calls for three subsequent days if there is no response.  
Prizes must be claimed at Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation within 30 days of the draw. If the selected winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of the draw, Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation will retain ownership of the prize.
