Discussions

My neighbours rent their home. It is a group of room-mates and the partying is morning, noon and night (you get the drift)  
We have young children and this behaviour is just not cool.  
 
We have complained to the police AND the owner of the house (a rental company).  
So, where do we go next?  
How can we get results and who can we complain to?  
 
We also want to complain about the un-satisfactory results of the multiple police visits. So how can we iniate a formal complaint. (this IS a legit concern as the police broke up a drinking party and send drunk people home- to drive themselves)
