Will people go to the eastend dog park in the winter? I never go in the winter and I might this year? I always go to there in the summer time. Will people go when its -10, -15 or so? Wear mitts & stuff. I noticed the city built the hut last year, and thats what its for, right? Just wondering if people are still willing to go in the winter time for their dogs to play.
