Satalite TV or Cable TV ??

Im looking into getting some sort of cable tv...I've never had a dish before and was thinking about going that route but im not sure, digital cable seems more reliable? Whats everyones thoughts on the cheapeast/best providers? Bell Expressvu or Starchoice? or Westman digital cable?
