Does anyone know of any hall in town where you can bring in your own food and is possible to divide the room or have a room downstairs or something like that is able to be used for entertaining as well? Needing two areas in one space

What about a community center

Central community center can be divided into two rooms.
Depends on how many people you need to accommodate!

You can bring your own food in and access their kitchen.

the north end community centre. its a smaller hall (173 max) but is nice and cheap! $800 with a $100 for damage deposit

What about the Forrest Rink? They have a kitchen/hall area upstairs that can be rented
