Nice Place

We have been here 12 years. The park is very well kept, there is practically zero crime, it is like it's own little town/community...neighbors stand on the corner and chat. The homes have been nicely landscaped, the green areas and walking paths are great for pets. The recreation centre has many activities, you can choose to go or not. The lot rents differ so you really have to get details on specific homes. They depend on the size of your lot as well as the age and size of the home on your lot, whether there is a garage or not. All rents include your property taxes which again depends on the age/garage variables. It does not include water, snow removal or lawn mowing. The pet rules follow city by-laws, the park rules are what you would expect to keep things looking nice and having a pleasant community to live in. As for heating, there again many variations of size, garage, sunrooms etc. Quite often there are Open Houses by Sunridge Homes as well as the MLS listings. View some to see for yourself. The park did some work in some areas and the drainage issues are better. Frost issues happen everywhere in this province, the park does look after fixing up the skirting and with their drainage work this has gotten better.
