people do have the right to whine, and even if they don't pay taxes. But other than pointless self-indulgence, what does it achieve ?
The city does not make decisions based on the anonymous posts by disgruntled whiners.
My point is that if people believe they have the answers, and truly want to see improvement, they need to get involved in a meaningful and mature way. Run for council. Make a presentation to a meeting. Write a letter to be included in the agenda, or a letter to the editor of a newspaper. None of this is achieved while hiding behind the skirts of anonymity.
