Where in Brandon is a good place to get hair tattoos done? Somewhere that does a good job...

I honestly didn't know what it was so I looked up the Google definition and it says it is an all-over head tattoo to look like hair. Wow, that must hurt like heck to get one!

I think they're referring to having designs shaved onto their head...eeek couldn't imagine a whole head being tattooed!!

I think they are looking for hair designs. I have added a couple of pictures of what Rose did to my hair.
