But if you read it really carefully, it's not even actual unemployment numbers they're using. They're "extrapolating" (i.e. guessing) based on what they feel in the trend. The last reliable data was 2011.
I'm not saying the Brandon Economic Development numbers are accurate either, but in absence of good data why would you give it so much weight?
