The clouds are so heavy, It looks like nighttime.

About an hour ago(9 am) the sky got dark. We had heavy rain. A handful of pea sized hail. Then rolling thunder upon thunder. We had electricity cutting in and out which lost internet. Yard light came on.  
 
It appears to now be over. I don''t have a gauge out but due to the short duration don''t think we had a of moisture.

Thanks for the info Gordon. Its real helpful to folks ahead of the storm to hear those kinds of accounts! You might've lucked out, I see that EC has updated the warning text saying that hail as big as nickel to golf ball has been reported with it....

Before it hit here they were saying golf ball sized possible. Thankfully we didn't get any. We seemed to go through a smaller bottle necked shaped section of the storm.  
 
The livestock were fidgety & all hid...they don't often do that before a storm, so with that and the intense dark clouds,we knew something was up.  
 
From our vantage point, it looked as though Sioux Valley got hit hard. We went in the basement when the sky had a slight greenish hue.  
 
We are seeing large & growing mammatus clouds overhead, Kenton area.

Knock on wood but by radar it looks like the worst of it (this one at least?) has trended just North of Brandon. Second straight warned storm that ended up just skirting the city.

Brandon lucked out! Looks like the area around Basswood/ Erickson took a wallop according to radar.

We are west of Souris and by the radar were on the south side of it, around four tenths of rain and the thunder and lightning was intense.

We're at our camper in Erickson and had a pretty good storm this morning. I love them!! It was a lot of rain, rolling thunder, lightning, power flickering etc.  
 
I have to admit though, being in a camper with the high wind and all the crazy weather this year, especially tornadoes, it took away some enjoyment of watching/listening to the storm and a bit of fear and panic set in....especially when our cell service is so spotty out here and we couldn't load the weather sites to see if any warnings or watches were out!  
 
(embarrassingly, it just hit me now that we should have ran out to the car and listened to the radio!!! Haha, whoops!)
