If you can't make sure there are sufficient funds in your account then stop direct payments and go in and make payments at a broker or manually pay them online. MPI will charge late fees, NSF and they will cancel your insurance if you don't pay. Also if you get in an accident you may not have coverage.
And as always you should be calling MPI and discussing it with them not relying on the anonymous people on eBrandon telling you what to do. Things happen I get it. Might be a good idea to sit down and make a budget and make sure funds are set aside to pay the bills. If you find extra money tuck it away in a rainy day fund for when "emergencies" arise and you need extra money. Hope you get it sorted out.
