Looking for an outstanding Realtor

We're trying to sell our house and we are not overly impressed with the service.
We're looking for referrals from anyone who has had really good solid service from their realtor

Sold ours very fast, was always very fast to respond to any questions we had day or night. Very knowledgeable and professional. We'd most definitely use her again.

We bought and sold with her. She listened and showed us houses that met our needs and wants. She also had suggestions for our house we sold, to make it buyer friendly.

We sold with Dale. Also saved a lot with lower commission for same services other agencies offer.

I have listed 2 properties with her, both sold in less than a week, one even had a bidding war, sold it for way more than I listed it at. She is very blunt and to the point, with no messing around. Great realtor!

Very good service, extremely fair, and will "tell you how it is", the lower commission is good as well!

Just a thought but if 3% realty is selling properties that quickly and there are bidding wars happening then your realtor is not listing your house for its true value.

I second Larry Jago. Consistently one of the top realtors for Century 21, and I see homes listed by him everywhere I go. He's one of the best. You won't be disappointed.

John McShillington sold my home for double what we were asking, and helped me buy my new home for half of what they were asking.

He really knows his stuff. He even pointed out that the home we were looking at had both a front and a back door.

As for the lawyer who does all the actual work, any one will do.

If your know the market, what has sold and is comparible you will have a good idea. 3% had us list higher. A house somewhat sells itself we have found. Don't agents all prefer higher commisions which come from higher sales so pricing homes lower to sell would not be beneficial?
