Unless he's a extreme repeat offender there's no way he'll even do 6 months !

It's the same group of troubled youth breaking in all these vehicles. Not sure if yours was locked or not.  
 
Some dude got a contract from the government and builds houses here in town and fills them up with troubled youth from all parts of the province. They are constantly out past curfview and getting in trouble or causing trouble for others. This started 2-3 years ago. Makes sense vehicle break inns in my part of town have exploded in past couple of years.  
 
I realize these kids need to live somewhere but they have very little to no supervision at all....

BPS don't even come look at the car vandelized or broken into. How are they going to get caught?

they probably know who did it but always seem to have other issues to deal with to bother trying to fix these issues :/

My vehicle got stolen they wrecked it still have deal with mpi on this and the kid got cought he finally 18 so they wanna try put him away but way justic system is he won't get much and he stole sled and quad with my truck and must been in a house cuz there was house phone and other stuff in my truck cops said there tired of it once week there out there picking stuff up returning it to ppl cuz they couldn't do nothing cuz he was 17 like wat A joke if u are cought there fingers should be slammed in a car door the first time. He did a lot of damage to not only my stuff but others there over 80g I bet and insurance companies won't get a dime from him so now there try screw over the insurer. If I found him I'd have different ways to deal with lol  

people always seem to need firewood.  
So take these youth to the bush, give them a buck saw.  
Have them cut a cord a day, cut and split.  
Have them do that for 14 days straight, then if they are caught a second time 30 days.  
Also in the states in the summer they have these types cleaning ditches as work crews.  
I think this is what needs to be done.  
Get their lazy asses out and do something productive for society.
