what happened on Rosser Ave West today

We had a lengthy power outage and lots of firetrucks, ambulance and police cars on Rosser Ave West this morning. Does anyone know what was going on...seems the emergency vehicles were parked next to the cul de sac past 34th St? Was it a grass fire, a house fire, or what? Must have been something serious to have outed the hydro service for more than an hour.
