My inlaws are anxious to buy an RTM and have it moved to a rural community. They also want a basement and they want one now...lol...any suggestions or advise...? I know of McDiarmid & Coop..I also saw a couple of places on a back road south of Elkhorn on the way to Carlyle...but can't remember the names of the place
