Just scanning the list, there's a few that don't require degrees but some need diplomas, generally 1-2 years. It depends on your definition of "low barrier".
One of my SIL got her real estate license last year, it was a solid 6 months for her to study and write all the exams. She also has her mutual fund license, which also was about 6 months of work for her.
