Low flying jet aircrafts over Souris

Noticed what appeared to be a military jet circling the area around 11AM when I went outside. Was still in the area around 1PM when we left. Any thoughts on what was going on...training out of Shilo or Minot AFB? Flying as low as some civilian aircraft in my estimation.
