Saving a roof on the cheap ideas

Ok here goes have this run down mobile trailer the roof is leaking badly it will eventually be torn down but in the mean time would like to save it for awhile .Do not want to invest a lot of money into the roof any ideas , suggestions to fix on the cheap ?

Another view said "Type roof is on mobile- metal or shingles? Roof how many sq ft?

Neighbour had metal he just used rolled roofing on it until he could get new roof used it for a couple years, not sure what the price was but might be worth checking out. "

Would a big tarp do the trick? The farm supply stores and places like Princess Auto sells huge ones. I've seen a few houses like that. You'd need to strap it down good, obviously.

For cheap option your better off getting a tarp . Or you could go up and tar the cracks . But I would do the tarp idea as I also own a Mobile home and I did the tar once every spring for a few years . Last year we got the roof done for 4000. We had to replace the wood cause it also leaked bad before we caught it . Hope this helps best of luck.

are you talking about a mobile HOME such as you see in White Swan Mobile Home Court or one of those travel trailers (5th wheels) pulled around by a vehicle?

I was going to suggest tarp as well for a quick fix, obviously already suggested . Tar get my 2nd vote.
