Not that it matters, but I disagree as far as the new champ every week (an exaggeration obviously) being a bad thing. I think it adds to the excitement when you realize that the fighters are much more evenly matched (generally), and that knockouts and submissions can happen so quickly, no matter how good the champ may be. Personally I get bored watching boxing, especially if it goes the distance. MMA is just so much more dynamic to me. Again, just my opinion, and I totally understand that people who get more of the nuances of boxing can glean a lot more excitement from it.
