Her goes last week I registered with CRA then you wait for special security code got it then I try to login in says ERROR how is that possible ?

maybe the problem is about the cookie thing I'm a DOPE help please

If you have a service Canada account you can go in via that site, saves creating a whole new account.

If you got a security code in the mail and it's not working you may have to call the Canada Revenue Agency  
 
make sure you have your most recent tax return on you as the agent will ask your for specific from your most recent return about line numbers.  
 
Just be prepared that at this time of the year you could be waiting on hold for a while.

Press 5  
Press 4  
Then Press "0" if you don't want to participate in their survey.

I should also add that the agent should be able to help walk you through getting your my account set up. I had to do that a couple of years ago when the code they mailed me did not work.

My cell doesn't let me quote you but please call the phone number I provided above. Follow the prompts I also supplied. By pressing 5, than 4, than 0 will get you in the waiting line to speak to an agent the quickest without having to actually listen to everything. Again a CRA agent would be the best person to phone and speak with as they would be the only ones capable of helping get your my account set up properly. I'm pretty sure they emailed me a code while I was on the phone with them and waited until I received mine and it worked to access my "My Account".

Do I assume that you do not have this as it is the easiest way to get to the tax cheque site. You log in as usual, with Facebook/bank/Gc key then follow link.

I'll just have to put on my patience pants and make the phone call .

Just so people are aware the Canada Revenue Agency and Service Canada are two completely different agencies. They both have their own separate log ins and information.

There is a link from the service Canada site once you have logged in that takes you direct to the Canada Revenue site without having to log in to the latter.
