Maple Leaf Bus Routes

Hey there, I was interested in working at maple leaf, however I share my vehicle with my younger brother so I don't always have it 24/7, with that in mind I would have to take transit on those odd days.
I've read the transit website and looked over the maps and guides and I can't seem to find a clear answer on whether or not it's possible to take the bus to maple leaf for the overnight shift. It says One bus will eave at 12:30AM however does this bus go to or from the plant? And is it possible to get there overnight.
