On my low outside windows…butterflies, dragonflies that move in the wind. For my garage windows, I hang two plastic ornaments from the inside. In the spring with crazy robins throwing themselves at the windows, I taped strips of crepe paper from the top of the window to the bottom…with masking tape on the inside.
