I was sitting near the top and basically did not hear anything that the speakers were saying. Talked to a few people that were sitting down next to the ice surface and basically the same complaint. Also I had parked on the west side and was going to come in the doors beside the Roadhouse but getting their only to find out the doors were locked. Many people were trying them including Military personnel trying to get in. I heard nothing about those doors being locked when I listened and read many articles about the service. Better communication would have been nice!! "

It was sad to see empty seats
Keystone arena is usually packed during Remembrance Day service.
