Anyone moon you lately??

So last night my sister and I were just stopped at a red light on 26th and Victoria, when a car drove past us and mooned us. Their behind was sticking out pretty far out the window. I had to look twice because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this lately because I found it truly disturbing. What kind of people drive around in the evening and moon people. I found it to be very rude.
