Just bought a 18"foot round above ground pool and i need to level my ground but i have no idea how.  
would rather have someone help or do it for me.  
any suggestions?

Try calling a landscaping company.  
They may be able to do it or advise you.  
 
Maybe call a pool company they may level the ground or advise you!  
 
Do you need a fence for that size of pool?  
Does that fence need to be 6 foot high?  
Do you need a permit to build that fence?  
 

yup my fence is about 7-8ft high just put up a brand new one.  
just have no idea where to start with levelling the ground.

depending on your situation (i.e. uneven ground but flat versus sloping ground) but ultimately you will need some sort of fill material and either hiring someone to put it down or spending the time to do it yourself. Without something substantial you won't be able to pack it that well either but it also depends on how uneven the ground is. You want to make sure whatever is beneath the pool will not push up and damage the bottom of it like stones. I personally have used screened black dirt and just fill in any problem areas at the start of the season but again, it all depends on how badly uneven the ground actually is.

The cheapest and easiest way is to pick your spot where you want the pool. Pound in a few (4 at least) stakes and run string tightly between them. ie make a cross with the center being roughly the center of the pool. Buy a couple of string levels at a hardware store, and use them to get the string level. Now you should be able to get an idea of high and low spots. Remove dirt from the high spots and put it in the low spots. Try you tube for a better visual. Should be cheap, but lots of sweat equity.

Pound a peg in where you want the middle of the pool, tape a level to the top of a 10 foot 2 x 4, and use it to level your circle, you want at least 1 foot outside the pool built up so splashing water doesn't undermine the edge. Some people will lay thin Styrofoam sheets to protect the liner
