Local TV Tax

Today is the last day today to voice your concern's about the new tax to the CRTC. Go to www.localtvmatters.ca/ I think either way it's wrong for citizen's of Western Manitoba to pay any kind of tax either to the cable provider's or the network's. Since we lost CKX what is being considered 'local' for us. Will our tax dollar go to Winnipeg for improved local coverage within the city of Winnipeg.
