Clancy's Eatery and Drinkery

Would anyone know the history of the building at 1133 Princess Ave that is currently Clancy's. I know it was previously Miss Q's Billiards and before that the Golden Perogy Restaurant. Was this almost-100-year-old building originaly a machinery dealership?
