Brandon Attractions?

I often have visitors from out of province and out of country and when they are here they ask about local sites to take in.
As I haven't been in the city that long I really don't know where to send them that isn't an hour north (Clear Lake), south (Peace Gardens) or east (Sprucewoods). What is here in town that would be memorable for someone travelling through?
