I see that there are no flights from Winnipeg to Kelowna anymore. The calendar has n/a on all the dates. I don't see anywhere to get ahold of them on their website.

Looks like you are right. Guess you will have to support the local airport and fly WestJet from Brandon to Kelowna. Bit more expensive and a longer flight with a layover in Calgary but at least its a connection. Wife did the Swoop thing from Kelowna to Winnipeg and really enjoyed the quick 2.5 hour flight. But then did have to drive home to Brandon for 2 hours. Price ended up being very close to being the same once you work in the gas and extras on the Swoop flight.
