Remember when we were briefly able to travel to the USA and back within 72 hours without a covid test back in December? They nixed it with the advent of the Omicron variant. Does anyone know the next review date for this? or if one has been set? I'm anticipating/hoping they'll allow it again.

Until pandemic is at an end and even beyond. Traveling outer of Canada and reentry will require vaccinations and/or tests. And documentation will have to entered in correct area. Panxxx  
 
It’s COVID right now but other viruses are just waiting in the wings.

I bet by end of march everything will be dropped!

Requirements for any testing for Canadians are to come in.

But vaccinations requirements will remain. If government remove these it will be a silly think to do.  
 
If anyone thinks they can travel to other countries without being vaccinated is a fool and deserves all the fines and additional expenses they get.  
 
Remember once you leave Canada you have to follow the rules of the country you are entering.  
 
Just like the requirements for yellow fever hepatitis etc vaccinations COVID will be there.

Just heard on the radio that as of Apr.1 testing in order to return to Canada will no longer be required (for the fully vaccinated). Not sure if you still need Arrivecan.

All travellers continue to be required to submit their mandatory information in ArriveCAN (free mobile app or website) before their arrival in Canada. Travellers who arrive without completing their ArriveCAN submission may have to test on arrival and quarantine for 14 days, regardless of their vaccination status. Travellers taking a cruise or a plane must submit their information in ArriveCAN within 72 hours before boarding.
