Air bed n breakfast accommodation

I have a couple of small cabins/shacks on 2 separate pieces of land One adjacent lake Manitoba and one about a couple of miles from the lake but has a creek running threw it No power
Just wondering the pros and cons to starting an airbnb especially liability
